In this episode, we speak to John Sharpe. John and his wife Betty lived for many years among a remote tribal group on an island in Indonesia. They were involved in church planting among the Tugutil people, a previously unreached people group. Today there is a thriving church that continues to grow and send their own missionaries. John now works with an organization in Australia, equipping others to go and reach the unreached with the Gospel. You can read more about John and Betty's story in their book - The Tugutil.
We asked John the question:
How important is it for missionaries to be seen as people of integrity who do all they can to keep their word with the people they are living among?
