Series: The AccessTruth Curriculum
Language and Linguistics (Module 5 of the AccessTruth Curriculum) equips participants in the some of the more technical areas of language and linguistics. Beginning with the basic concepts, it gives introductions and practical exercises in the following areas: phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, language and meaning, semantics, pragmatics, language and identity, languages and dialects, language change and language families.

Emily received her Masters of Applied Linguistics in 2014. She is now serving with a team in South Asia with the aim of working in Bible translation.
Linda has worked for many years in cross-cultural church planting consultancy with a focus on language and culture acquisition and literacy program development. Linda is the author of His Story: The Rescue and co-author of BEC: Becoming Equipped to Communicate.
